The Law Society of Upper Canada has created a
Task Force to review articling and the professional licensing system in
Ontario. There is little doubt that the Task Force will propose reforms to the
current system.
This blog, created by the Ad Hoc Working Group
on Articling and Access to Justice (based at the Faculty of Law, University of
Ottawa), invites expressions of support for our Submission to the Task Force.
The basic principle of the Submission is that
improving access to justice should be a priority factor in reform of articling
and professional licensing in Ontario.
